- Develops a proposal.
Account Manager visits your location:
- Discusses our proposal and benefits.
- Obtains your agreement.
Account Manager returns to our office:
- Places the order .
- Notifies you of the target due date.
- Informs your data and/or voice vendor.
- Orders access service from local exchange company.
Installation Team visits your location:
- Initiates service using a comprehensive checklist.
- Ensures your satisfaction.
Account Manager visits your location:
- Reviews your first bill.
- Verifies your satisfaction with the service.
